Earlier during a memorial service at Telcom Grounds for the 8 pupils who perished at Precious Talents School in Ngando area, Dagoretti South Sub-County.
On behalf of the people of Nairobi, I wish to convey my heartfelt condolences to the parents, guardians, teachers, pupils and the entire school community on the tragic loss.
